Yard Operations Team
This full-time, entry level position, is excellent for people just entering, or returning to, the workforce with limited experience. Training is provided. No day is the same and you won’t be bored.
Christensen’s Plant and Hardscape Center has a team-oriented atmosphere with co-workers who pitch-in and grow together. Opportunity abounds for growth within our collaborative company.
Responsibilities include:
- Outdoor yard and nursery work
- Loading and unloading plants and materials
- Organizing inventory and maintaining yard areas
- Assisting with daily nursery operations
- Learning plant handling and care

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
Schedule: 8-hour shift – Day shift
Monday – Friday (Some Saturdays may be required)
Experience: No experience required. Training provided.
Education: High School or Equivalent (preferred)
License/Certification: Driver’s License (preferred)
Work Location: In Person
Supplemental Pay: Potential for profit sharing bonus.
